The Retreat · France

You leave knowing,
not hoping.

Four days in a private chateau. Most retreats hand you permission to rest. You already know how to rest.

The offering

Mindset first.

Your mind decides what your body believes it can do.

Most programmes train the body and hope the mind follows. This one starts backwards. Mindset first, through movement so disciplined there is nowhere to hide.

No child’s pose. No easing out. A guided reset that meets you at the edge of your comfort and keeps you there long enough to see what is on the other side.

You leave with proof, not a feeling. A body that has been tested and held. A mind that has seen what it is actually capable of. And a guide in hand for how to keep living at that edge, long after France.

Before you come

The ten days before France.

You do not arrive cold. Every guest runs The Whole Reset, the ten day programme from the workbook, in the ten days before arrival. It is the reason day two can start at 6:30am and mean it.

Days 10 to 6Steady the body

The reset day by day. Real food from the meal plan, water before coffee, screens down early. Blood sugar first, so you land rested instead of wrecked.

Days 5 to 3Lighten

The three day cleanse in the middle of the reset. Off alcohol, off sugar, off the things that make the first morning hard.

Days 2 to 1Send your birth details

Birth date, birth time and birth place, on the intake form. I run every guest’s chart myself before you arrive, so the astrology sessions start from your own placements rather than a lecture.

Here is the day by day.

Health and wellness

In the sky: Saturn, the 6th place, Mars, the ruler of the Ascendant

Full colour, full life. The reward for the hardest day.

6:30am yogaThe hardest class of the four days. This is the day the group finds out what it is capable of.
BreakfastThe Good Morning ritual, detox forward. Greens, bitters, fibre.
AstrologySaturn, discipline and structure and the bones, where the body asks for boundaries. The 6th place and the body’s actual patterns. Mars and vitality. This is where the chart meets the labs and the lived habits.
Ritual reviewThe core teaching of the day. Morning and evening rituals built and practised live, as a group. Everyone leaves with their own two rituals drafted.

Integration and closing

In the sky: the Sun, the Lot of Fortune, the Lot of Spirit

Clean slate, ceremonial. The version of you that is going home.

6:30am yogaThe final full practice. Everyone now knows they can do it.
AstrologyThe Sun, essence and direction. The Lot of Fortune and the Lot of Spirit, the body and the will, what is given against what you act on. The closing frame for everything.
The GuideEach guest builds their own guide. Rituals, nutrition, chart timing, what they are taking home. A working session, not a handout.
Somatic movementLight, and celebratory.
Closing circleEach guest speaks. What they came with, and what they are leaving with.
DinnerThe final feast, local French ingredients. An alchemy drink that is bright and celebratory, citrus and honey.

Four days. Then the rest of it.

Places are limited and taken by application, so the group stays small enough to be held properly.
