Is there any live coaching? +
No. The membership is the work on your own, with the videos, the recipes and AI Yvette. If you want me one to one, private work is by application.
How do I cancel? +
Any time, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and the workbook stays yours.
Do I need the printed book? +
No. The digital workbook comes with your first month. If you want paper, the printed book is $49 with US shipping included, and then the membership is $19 from the start.
Is it medical advice? +
No. It is education. For anything medical, please see your doctor.
