Work
Managing people without dreading it. Speaking up in the room. Deciding whether to stay, push, or go — which is often cheaper for you to have coached than unmanaged.
Most wellness benefits are an app nobody opens. This one is a person. Real sessions with one coach who remembers what your people said last time and follows up on it.
The pattern is the same in every company I work with. Capable, driven people who know exactly what they should be doing and cannot make themselves do it. Sleeping badly. Foggy by mid-afternoon. Quietly deciding whether to stay.
That is not a motivation problem, and a subsidised gym membership will not touch it. When someone's nervous system has been running hot for two years, their body stops cooperating — with their focus, their weight, their patience in a meeting. You cannot discipline your way out of biology.
What changes it is someone paying attention to one person at a time.
We hired Yvette during the pandemic to help guide our teams through daily meditation practices, and work 1:1 with those seeking support with their overall health.
That relationship started in 2020 and is still running. It began with daily guided meditation for the whole team through the worst of the pandemic, and grew into 1:1 work with the people who wanted to go further. Both formats still run today, across their design, New York and media entities.
Employees book directly, sessions happen over video or in person in LA, and the company is invoiced. No per-seat licence, no adoption dashboard nobody reads.
People do not arrive with a tidy goal. They arrive with the thing that has been bothering them for months, and it is rarely only one of these.
Managing people without dreading it. Speaking up in the room. Deciding whether to stay, push, or go — which is often cheaper for you to have coached than unmanaged.
Boundaries they cannot hold. The pattern they keep repeating. What they carry into the office from everywhere else.
Energy, sleep, hormones, gut, the fog that will not lift. The body underneath the performance.
Most companies start with one and add the other. They do different jobs.
Guided meditation, breath and nervous-system work for the whole team, live over video. Twenty to thirty minutes. This is what Mother started with in 2020 and still runs. It reaches everyone, needs no one to raise their hand, and costs the same whether eight people show up or eighty. The easiest thing to say yes to.
For the people who want to go further. Either as needed, when something specific is in the way, or the twelve-session programme over about six months. This is where the real change happens, and where someone stops being a flight risk.
The nervous system goes first. When the body does not feel safe it holds weight, fogs thinking, and fights every habit someone tries to build. We steady the nervous system, the gut and sleep before asking anything hard of them. Twenty years of practice, 500-hour yoga training, Ashtanga-trained.
Optional, and offered rather than imposed. Not a horoscope — a chart cast properly and read for pattern and timing. For the people it lands with, it is the fastest route to seeing the pattern they are inside of and stopping the self-blame. For anyone who would rather skip it, the body work stands entirely on its own.
Thirty minutes with you. What your team is carrying, what you have already tried, what you would want to be different in six months.
I send a proposal based on team size and how much access you want. Flat fee, invoiced to the company. No per-seat licensing.
Your team gets a password-protected page with booking, resources and their portal. Ten minutes of setup on your side.
Directly, whenever they need to. Ad hoc for something specific, or the twelve-session programme when they want real change.
Sessions are between me and the individual. You receive an invoice and nothing else — no names attached to topics, no notes, no summaries, no attendance reports to managers. This matters more than it sounds: it is the difference between a benefit people use honestly and one they perform for. If you need utilisation numbers for budgeting, I can share a headcount with no names attached.
I built Joulebody in my own kitchen out of necessity, and I have spent the twenty years since learning how food, hormones, the nervous system and the deeper patterns fit together. What I kept meeting was the same wall — smart, capable people with perfect information and no traction, quietly at war with themselves.
That is the gap I work in. Not a platform, not a content library. Someone who knows their history, notices when they slip, and keeps this moment as a new moment. Not perfect. Repeated.
