Free · Ten days · One email each morning

Your labs came back normal. You still feel terrible.

Ten days of short morning emails that steady the thing underneath all of it — your blood sugar, your sleep, and a nervous system that has been running on adrenaline since about 2019.

No juice fast. No shopping list of supplements. You eat real food, three meals and a snack, every day.

What actually happens

Most people do not need another plan. They need the same few things repeated for long enough that their body believes them. That is what the ten days are.

Days 1–3

It gets harder before it gets easier. Headaches, cravings, a short temper as you come off the sugar and caffeine spikes. That is withdrawal, not failure, and I will say so on the morning you need to hear it.

Days 4–6

The flattening. Fewer crashes. You stop thinking about food between meals — and most people notice that before they notice having more energy.

Days 7–10

The baseline. Sleep deepens, digestion settles, and the afternoon stops being something you survive.

Two changes kept beats ten abandoned.

The ten days

Day 1
Ease in
Water before coffee. Protein at breakfast. If you take nothing else from this, take those two.
Day 2
Hydrate
The day nobody warns you about, and what to do about it.
Day 3
Gut support
The day people quit. Why you should not, and how to shrink it instead.
Day 4
Energy
Ten minutes of movement, and the reason it is ten and not sixty.
Day 5
Detox lean-in
The first thing that changes — and it is not energy.
Day 6
Midpoint
Halfway. What has already moved that you have not noticed.
Day 7
Lighten
Past the part that takes willpower. Watch your sleep tonight.
Day 8
Anti-inflammatory
Start choosing the two things you will keep, while you can still feel the difference.
Day 9
Steady & satisfied
The afternoon stops being something to get through.
Day 10
Carry it forward
Two changes, written down before you sleep.

Who is writing to you

Yvette Rose

I am Yvette Rose. I have spent twenty years working with women who were told everything looks normal while nothing felt normal — and most of the time the answer was not another prescription, it was blood sugar, sleep and a nervous system stuck in survival.

These ten days are the part I start everyone with. It is the ground floor. Nothing else works properly until it is in place.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Twelve emails, no card, no trial that turns into something. I do sell a workbook, and five of the twelve emails mention it. The other seven do not.

Do I have to buy anything to do this?

No. Each email tells you what the day is for, what to eat and what to focus on. The workbook adds the recipes, the tracker and the deeper protocols, but the ten days stand on their own.

What time do they arrive?

Six in the morning, in your timezone, not mine. You get a prep email the evening you sign up, ten daily emails, and a check-in at the end.

Is this a cleanse?

No. You eat three meals and a snack every day. Nothing is fasted, nothing is liquid-only. The point is a steady baseline you keep, not a dramatic ten days followed by a crash.

Can I still drink coffee?

One, after water, before noon. If you are on three a day, come down gradually rather than stopping cold — day two is hard enough.

What if I miss a day?

Then you missed a day. Pick it up the next morning. The people this works for are not the ones who did it perfectly.

Educational only, not medical advice. If you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or managing a diagnosed condition, please talk with your practitioner before changing how you eat. It all starts in the gut.
