I run this practice myself, so this is written plainly rather than in legal boilerplate. It says what I collect, why I have it, who else touches it, and how to get it removed.

Not Just A Coach is the practice of Yvette Rose, based in Malibu, California. If you want anything on this page acted on, email me@yvetterose.com and it comes to me, not a support queue.
Your email address, and your name and location if you give them. I use these to send you The Weekly Note and things related to what you signed up for. You can unsubscribe from any email and that is the end of it.
Checkout is handled by Payhip, not by me. They take your payment details and I never see your card number. I receive your email address and the fact that you bought, which is what lets me send you your access.
Your answers, and your email if you choose to give it. Answers are used to give you your result and to understand which starting points people land on.
Ask Yvette is an AI assistant. The questions you type are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the answer. Please do not type anything into it you would not want leaving your own device, and treat it as education rather than a place for medical detail.
Everything you write in the workbook itself — your notes, your tick boxes, your journaling — is stored by your own browser on your own device. It is not sent to me and I cannot read it. Clearing your browser data will erase it, and I have no copy to restore.
Your birth date, time and place. I use these only to prepare your chart and I do not share them with anyone.
Standard analytics: the pages you looked at, roughly where in the world you are, what kind of device you used, and how you arrived. This is measured in aggregate. I am looking at whether a page works, not at you.
I use a small number of established services to run this. Each has its own privacy policy, and each only receives what it needs to do its job.
| Service | What it does |
|---|---|
| Klaviyo | Holds the email list and sends the emails |
| Payhip | Takes payment and delivers the workbook |
| Netlify | Hosts the site |
| Anthropic | Generates the Ask Yvette answers |
| Google Analytics | Measures how the site is used |
| Meta | Measures whether an advert led to a visit or a sale |
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as California defines those terms. I have never done this and have no plans to.
This site uses cookies and similar tracking for two purposes: to measure how the site is used, and to measure whether an advert worked. Nothing here is required to read the site.
You can turn it off. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings, and browser privacy modes and ad blockers will stop most of it. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Analytics, and Meta's ad preferences are managed in your own Facebook or Instagram account settings. Blocking any of this will not stop the site or the workbook from working.
Wherever you live, you can ask me to tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for asking. If you are in the UK or EU, the GDPR gives you broadly the same rights plus the right to a copy of your data and the right to object to how it is used.
The way to use any of these is the same: email me@yvetterose.com and say what you want done. I will not ask you to justify it. I will need to be reasonably sure you are you before I delete or hand over anything, which usually means replying from the address I hold.
This practice is for adults. It is not directed at children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given me something, email me and I will delete it.
Everything on this site, in the workbook, and from Ask Yvette is educational. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. For anything to do with a symptom, a medication, a pregnancy or a diagnosed condition, please talk to your own doctor or practitioner.
If I change how any of this works, I will change this page and update the date at the top. If the change is significant and you are on my list, I will tell you in an email rather than quietly editing.
