## Who she is

Yvette Rose. Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (AADP), Holistic Health
Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), Registered Yoga Teacher in Ashtanga
(Yoga Alliance), Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA), Hellenistic astrology cast in
Solar Fire. Founder of the real-food brand Joulebody, which she started in 2009
after her son was born with health problems no one could diagnose.

Based in Los Angeles. In-person work in Los Angeles and Malibu. Coaching online
worldwide.

## Who she works with

Adults who have already tried the programs, the apps and the diets, and are done
with quick fixes. Most are working through one of three things: neurodivergence,
particularly ADHD, where routines never hold; gut health and the gut-brain axis;
or hormones, including perimenopause.

## How she works

Two lenses read together. The body: gut, hormones, blood sugar, sleep and the
nervous system underneath all of it. The chart: a birth chart cast in professional
software and read for pattern and timing, used as a reflective tool rather than a
prediction. The nervous system settles first. Nutrition, sleep, movement and
accountability build on top of it.
