I put this program together 2 years ago when I myself needed to heal. I need to feel stronger in my body and I needed to feel better in my mind.

 It’s a step-by-step method I created that starts with a real elaborate in-take then leads you into each session always having the outcome in mind.

With all the methods out there on getting healthy, it’s hard to know which one is right for you without the support and education. Doctors, dieticians and nutritionist make plans based on science. I use both science and intuition to help create a plan based on the Trifecta of Wellness. Your gut is you second brain. I will teach you  to what it means to heal so that you can see yourself feeling focused, having more energy and knowing how to tap into what is already there for you, your gut’s intuition.

How I can Help

Making decisions based on what your body and mind needs, not what you’ve been told is what heals. I help you clear the inflammation caused by an unhealthy microbiome by using the Trifecta of Wellness –meditation, exercise and nutrition. I will help you formulate meal plans that help to rebuild your gut’s microbiota so that you can get healthy and begin to tap into your own intuition and heal you body and mind based on what is right for you. Together we will formulate meal plans, movement programs and meditation practices so that you can manage your anxiety, stress, poor food cravings and foggy brain. I work with you so you can finally manage your body and mind pains or discomforts.

Food Coaching

My meal plans for you are based on gut healing. I will guide you on what foods you should be incorporating for a healthier gut microbiome for your body and mind.

The kind of exercise/movement I plan for you is based on building your body and mind stamina by connecting your movement to push past resistance.

Vitamins & Supplements

With the permission of your practitioner, I will help you sort out which supplements are best for your goals.

The gut sends signals to the brain on your food cravings. Byt healing the gut, you will have less inflammation and a healthier microbiome, to ease your cravings.

Joulebody Cleanse is a business I built delivering already prepped 3 and 5-day meal plans based on cleansing. All the meals were anti-inflammatory and gut healing. I made sure this program was something anyone could replicate. I will teach you how you can make healthy living substainable so that you can always feel in control of your body and minds total well-being. I will teach you what kinds of testing you should do to get results that help you to formulate a healthy plan based on what your body and mind needs.

I have done a lot of personal work and higher education and that is why I am able to help you heal. We are facing a historic amount of toxic foods, media and pollution causing us to feel out of control. It is time we take our control back and tap into our guts intuition to help us be clear on what we need to do to get us to where we want to be. 


There is no one that knows you better than you. By guiding you to tap into your own gut intuition, you will learn what foods to eat, when your body needs to move and when your mind needs stillness.


My Approach

By using the Trifecta of Wellness –Movement, Nutrition and Meditation, I create practices and plans that help to rebuild the guts’ microbiota so that you can tap into your own gut’s intuition and make decisions based on what is right for your body and mind.

My Process

Our time together begins with a deep dive into your current lifestyle and learning about your environment. From there I formulate plans based on dieting, meditation and exercising. Each session you are given a new plan leading to creating a program for your lifestyle.

Unique Framework

I have been studying intuitive healing, gut healing, meditation, yoga, and nutrition since 2003. I am a mother of 2-boys. I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, trauma in my brain and ADD which is what led me to learn more about gut health. I use all of my education and life experience to formulate intuitive healing plans that helps you to heal your pain and discomforts.

During our time together, expect that you will learn how to eat intuitively to help rebuild your gut. You will have meal plans, recipes, journaling, exercises and many more plans based on the Trifecta of Wellness.


The program offers 12 total session, 6-planning sessions and 6-accountability sessions for a total of 3-months. The first session is an in-take session and last longer then the ones to follow.


Every client is different however, there are a few similarities in clients outcomes such as: weight-loss, learning how to eat mindfully, education on all the diet plans and options, understanding of medical test to get deeper into why your body and mind are feeling any discomforts.


I am a certified International Health Coach with over 10 experience. I started as a personal trainer, yoga teacher and nutrition specialist in 2003. I own a business that sells healthy products. Because of my experience of working with many clients throughout the years and healing myself, I learned how to formulate plans that work. These are plans that are science based and have been proven to help heal the body and mind. A dietician and nutritionist make meal plans, I make lifestyle plans.


I do not take insurance, however, I do offer a sliding scale for clients I feel together we can get results. My pricing is competitive to the market of health coaching. My average price is between $150-$220 an hour.

If I am not happy with my results, do you offer any guarnteed?

The only reason why you wouldn’t get results would be due to your own commitment to following through. I provide surveys throughout our time together. This is your opportunity to discuss what isn’t working. Goals are set before we begin. It is your responsibility to communicate.
